Outgoing Shipping Charges:
All shipping charges are exact. You pay actual shipping charges since we use your UPS account number. There are no handling charges.
Setup Charge:
There are no set up fees for screen printing and embroidery. Setup charges by manufacturers for promotional items are charged back at cost.
Art Charge:
There are no art charges for basic orders. Design services are extra.
Digitizing Charge:
There is a digitizing charge for converting logos to digitized format for embroidery. Cost depends on the number of stitches. The digiizing charge is waived under certain criteria.
